We do Commercial Landscaping in Cache Valley, Box Elder, and the Bear Lake Area

If you manage a business, you know how important first impressions are. Usually, the first impression people will get of your business is when they drive by. They’ll see the outside of your building, including your landscape. If you want to make a good first impression on your customers, then you need to make sure your business’s landscape is in top condition. CV Lawn King can help you with your commercial landscaping and maintenance.

The Four Seasons of Commercial Landscaping

1. Spring

When it comes to commercial landscaping, spring is the time for clean up and prep. The first thing you’ll want to do as soon as the snow is gone is get rid of all the debris and repair any dead spots. Then there’s the spring checklist to get your lawn in good condition to grow strong during its growing season. This is important to help your landscape survive the coming hot and dry season.

2. Summer

The summer plan shifts from cleaning and growing to maintenance and careful water management. Most of the spring maintenance chores stop because they will stress your lawn more in the heat. These get replaced by other steps that focus on keeping your grass alive. It’s all about managing your water and keeping your grass the right length.

3. Fall

Fall is yet another prep season. As the weather cools, you need to start prepping your landscape to get through the cold. This includes cleaning up the leaves, obviously, but there are other maintenance tasks that involve cleaning up your yard and helping it recover from the dry season. You also can’t forget to blow-out your sprinkler system before the freeze.

4. Winter

Once the snow falls, the big part of your landscaping is done. The leaves will be gone from the trees and the grass is covered by snow. That doesn’t mean there’s no work to be done, though. All that snow may take away most of the work, but it also blocks off all of your parking lot and walkways. During the winter, your primary concern will be removing snow. It may be the only chore, but it’s one you can’t overlook.
